DSC Store Return Policy

We’re sorry, but DSC cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or offer size exchanges.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If you notice such a product issue in your order, please email operations@digitalservicecoalition.org for help.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You would be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address by emailing operations@digitalservicecoalition.org

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful’s facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment or the item will be donated to charity without refund.

Packages sent out from Printful’s US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to the Printful Charlotte facility: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.

Once the return package reaches the Printful facility, DSC shop management will be notified via email. Based on the reason for the return, Printful will work with DSC shop management to determine next steps.
